RAICHLEN'S RUB - AN ALL-PURPOSE BARBECUE RUB
(ESPECIALLY GOOD ON PORK)
Makes 1 cup
- 1/4 cup coarse salt (sea or kosher)
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sweet paprika
- 3 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic flakes
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes
- 1/2 to1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
