RAICHLEN'S RUB - AN ALL-PURPOSE BARBECUE RUB (ESPECIALLY GOOD ON PORK)

Makes 1 cup

  • 1/4 cup coarse salt (sea or kosher)
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sweet paprika
  • 3 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic flakes
  • 1 tablespoon onion flakes
  • 1/2 to1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
